This is a Registration and Account Specialist - Revenue Specialist II - OPS position in the General Tax Administration Program's Account Management Process, Account Maintenance Unit. The incumbent communicates with taxpayers, processes business tax applications, updates and maintains taxpayer business accounts with the Department, and provides quality customer service. The incumbent also processes registration documents, address changes, and Power of Attorney forms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Administrative, secretarial, clerical, or financial experience.
  • Customer service experience.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • College education from an accredited institution can substitute for the required work experience.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, part-time at 20 hours per week.
  • Mandatory overtime hours may occur during peak periods which may include weekends.

HOURLY RATE: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $15.00 hourly.
