
The position will assist in clerical, administrative, and other duties of the Section in line with the responsibilities listed below.
1. Assist in daily administration of the Student Affairs section.
2. Record management and special projects which relate to student records as required
3. Certificate issuance for students and graduates
4. Perform routine administration tasks in support of purchasing
5. Develop or update student record systems as necessary
6. Support Registrar Team Leader in their duties
7. Official record management for Student Affairs Section
8. Other administrative tasks as necessary
