Serving as a key leader in the division of Academic Affairs, the Registrar leads a team of nine and serves as a collaborative partner to colleagues across the university. The Registrar oversees the daily administration of academic records, including registration, grade submission, transcript production, transcript evaluation, degree audits, federal reporting (including VA and DOD), and compliance requirements. The Registrar supports the University's Strategic Plan by analyzing and refining current policies, tools, and technologies and fostering enhanced service delivery and student support across the university.
Authority and Accountability
The Registrar reports to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Success. The Registrar has oversight of the Registrar's Office, and the following positions report directly to them: Associate Registrar, 2 Assistant Registrars, 2 Technical Analysts, and 1 Academic Program Specialist. They are also responsible for the Registrar's Office budget.
