Medivet Brighton is a well-established, busy first-opinion practice located on the South Coast, offering a varied and rewarding caseload. Our clinic is supported by a dedicated and collaborative team who are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients and outstanding service to clients.

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a 30-hour per week basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting consultations, and assisting with surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent patient care and monitoring during hospitalisation
Supporting vets during consultations and surgical procedures
Delivering nurse consultations and client education
Maintaining high clinical standards and compliance with protocols
Assisting with stock management and general practice organisation

About you

You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
  • Deliver exceptional care to your clients
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team
