As part of our broader growth strategy, we are now seeking a Residential Registered Valuer in Hamilton to service the Waikato region.

Your new opportunity

Located in Hamilton,this role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

Responsible for high-quality valuation delivery, with an operational focus and regular engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What sets you apart

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

  • Registered Valuer (NZIV) with current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Industry experience
  • Existing appointment on Valocity and Cotality Valuation Panels
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
