Newberry Health is seeking a dedicated PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist – Night Shift to join our collaborative and patient-focused care team.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides high-quality, compassionate respiratory care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. This role supports night operations by delivering critical cardiopulmonary services while working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practices
• Perform all assigned clinical duties within the Respiratory Therapy Department
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient respiratory needs in acute care environments
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the department coordinator

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Prior experience in a cardiopulmonary and/or acute care clinical setting preferred

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• CPR / BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• PALS certification
