Are you a Registered Psychologist looking to supplement your current employment with flexibility to schedule around your present job/commitments and collaborate with a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Psychologist with demonstrated experience in working with pediatric and adult populations, trauma, PTSD, and individuals affected by motor vehicle accidents. Our Registered Psychologist will be a dynamic and energetic individual who enjoys working in a team environment. This position includes potential for virtual work and opportunities to work within one of our Momentum Health clinics. The role also has the potential to develop into a full‑time position.

Position Duties/Responsibilities
Conducting assessments as needed
Developing treatment plans, goals, evaluations, and various reports
Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and articulate information to patients and team members
Promote a culture of forward-thinking innovation and continuous learning
Maintain patient files
Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times
A wonderful opportunity to network with other professionals in the field such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, and registered massage therapists

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Completion of a Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university program and full registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) is required
Demonstrated strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and treatment with an ability to utilize flexible strategies for engaging and working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as experience treating PTSD, chronic pain, and sport patients
Two or more years’ experience in counselling/therapy setting preferred
Demonstrated excellent assessment, organizational, and patient care skills are required
Familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches
Competency in verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy
Developed time management and organization skills
Ability to problem solve and think critically
