We are seeking a talented individual to join our Valuation Services team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. It is a hybrid role with a requirement to work both in the office and in the field on inspections or meeting with clients.

Registered Property Valuer

Our services strongly focus on advisory, financial reporting and insurance valuations with no reliance on bank panels or mortgage valuations.

We will count on you to:

• Diverse Valuations: Dive into a variety of property types, from commercial and industrial to educational and specialised properties. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities!
• Project Management: Take charge of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel Opportunities: Embrace the adventure of travelling nationally and across the Pacific to meet our clients and expand your professional network.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies that enhance our business relationships and grow our portfolio.

What you need to have:

• NZIV and/or AAPI with CPV qualification (or similar) and at least 3 years of overall valuation experience. Bonus points for experience in insurance and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills that shine in both verbal and written forms.
• A logical thinker with an analytical mindset who thrives in both independent and team settings.
• A willingness to give it a go, travel and explore new horizons!
