Registered Pharmacist–West Palm Beach, FL

A reputable, community‑focused pharmacy in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to support its expanding patient base. This role is ideal for a clinician who values accuracy, patient trust, and a well‑coordinated workflow. Flexible part‑time and full‑time scheduling options are available.

The Pharmacist will ensure precise dispensing, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver patient‑centered service in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include technician oversight, inventory management, and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily workflow and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation
• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
• Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment

Compensation & Schedule

• $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
• Part‑time and full‑time opportunities
• Expected weekly hours: 20–50, depending on availability
