Registered Pharmacist – Miami, FL

A respected and steadily growing community pharmacy in Miami, Florida is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join its clinical team. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for a pharmacist who values precision, patient trust, and a well‑organized workflow.

The Pharmacist will deliver accurate dispensing, uphold regulatory compliance, and provide patient‑centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role includes oversight of pharmacy technicians, inventory stewardship, and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation
• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
• Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment

Compensation & Schedule

• $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
• Part‑time and full‑time opportunities
• Expected weekly hours: 20–50, based on availability
