Registered Operations Manager – Live-in Care

Leeds / Hybrid / Remote

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Operations Manager to lead the launch and development of a new Live-in Care service for a growing care provider.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a service from the ground up, taking ownership of both the operational and commercial development of the division.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in live-in care, be confident developing new business, and enjoy working autonomously in a role where they can have a significant impact on the growth and direction of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and operational development of the new Live-in Care service
• Build the service from the ground up, establishing strong operational processes and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and key stakeholders
• Drive new business development and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop a strong pipeline of live-in care packages and opportunities
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and management of live-in care teams
• Ensure high standards of care, quality, compliance, and safeguarding
• Develop effective systems and processes to support sustainable growth
• Monitor performance, KPIs, profitability, and service delivery
• Work autonomously while providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Build a strong platform for future regional and operational expansion

Requirements

• Strong previous experience within Live-in Care
• Experience in a senior operational, registered management, or regional leadership position
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow care services
• Strong understanding of live-in care operations and delivery
• Commercially minded with an understanding of service profitability and growth
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to building a new service
