In this role, you will provide essential nursing services in residential care facilities and treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, patient assessments, and maintaining therapeutic environments to support client wellness.

KeyResponsibilities:
·Administermedicationstoclientsviavariousmethods,includingoralandinjection,inaccordancewithservicelinerequirements.
·Performthoroughnursingassessments,includingphysicalandmentalhealthevaluations.
·Accuratelydocumentmedicationadministrationandnursingassessments,adheringtoservicelinestandards.
·Conductmedicationadministrationreviewsandensurehousestockofmedicationsismonitored.
·Communicateeffectivelywithclientsregardingmedicationinquiriesandmanagerefillrequests.
·Verifyclientdataandmedicalhistory,andobtainnecessaryphysicalpreliminaryrequirements.
·Completeallrequireddocumentationinatimelymanner,includingsafetyplansandnursingassessments.
·Actasaresourcefornursingandmedicalissueswhileoverseeingclienthygieneandrelatedhealthconcerns.
·Participateinnecessarymeetingsandperformadditionaldutiesasassignedbynursingleadership.

Education,Experience,and/orCredentialQualifications:
·CurrentlicensureasaLicensedPracticalNurse(LPN)inthestateofpractice.
·Graduationfromanaccreditedpracticalnurseprogram.

AdditionalQualifications:
·Successfulcompletionofbackgroundcheckincludingcriminalrecord,drivingrecord,abuse/neglect,andfingerprintcheck.
·Currentdriver’slicense,acceptabledrivingrecord,andcurrentautoinsurance.

PhysicalRequirements:
·ADAConsideration-Sedentarywork:Exertingupto10poundsofforceoccasionallyand/oranegligibleamountofforcefrequentlytolift,carry,push,orpull,orotherwisemoveobjects.
·Sedentaryworkinvolvessittingmostofthetimebutmayinvolvewalkingorstandingforbriefperiods.
