
The Registered Nurse/House Supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for the overall functioning of hospital operations when Department Directors or designees are not on duty. Supervises and coordinates the operations of the organization necessary for the attainment of quality standards. Assures the coordination and delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate staffing for all departments in accordance with hospital and nursing standards.
Minimum Education Required Graduate of approved school of nursing; BSN required.
Minimum Related Years of Experience ( per minimum education) Required: A minimum of five years in nursing in an acute care setting is required; 1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience required; 3-5 years of Management or Supervisory experience preferred
Credential/Licensure Required BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications required.
Shift: Working Casual Call hours, meaning you work as needed, no set schedule. 12 hour shifts. Will receive a 10% differential of hourly rate for hours worked.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
