The Role

We are seeking a dedicated a part time Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our Respiratory and Medical Specialities Ward. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care and a passion for providing excellent patient care aligned with Cabrini’s Mission and Values.

6 West is a 20-bed Respiratory Ward that offers specialised inpatient care for patients with respiratory conditions, infectious diseases, and general medical needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Provide patient care that aligns with Cabrini’s organisational goals.
  • Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality while attending to their needs and those of their families.
  • Work respectfully within the team to deliver outstanding care within the Cabrini Mission and Values framework.

​About you ​

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
  • At least 3 years experience in Respiratory/Medical nursing (essential)
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Alignment with Cabrini’s Mission and Values
  • Flexibility, positive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm to participate in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
