
The Registered Nurse is responsible for comprehensive goal-oriented care of patients as directed by provider orders. Responsibilities include: patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, implementation, intervention, and evaluation of treatment. This is an opportunity to maximize use of nursing skills with while working collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary team and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Minimum Education Required Graduate of an approved School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Wisconsin; BLS Certification.
Shift Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. Multiple shift options available.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
