You must be in the UK and working in a Nursing Home as a Nurse and currently on the Health & Care Visa as ONLY an Undefined CoS is available.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Skilfully administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintain precise records of vital signs, ensuring meticulous documentation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to strategize and execute holistic care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of residents well-being.
• Uphold a clean and secure environment in adherence to infection control measures.
• Communicate proficiently with residents, their families, and fellow professionals.
• Inspire and guide junior staff, setting a remarkable example.

Your Qualifications:

• Active NMC registration as a Nurse with a valid PIN.
• Previous experience within care homes or equivalent settings.
• Proficiency in clinical skills, grounded in nursing best practices.
• Effective communication, fostering strong interpersonal connections.
• Adaptability to function independently and as a valued team player.
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to delivering care.
• Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship.
