Key Responsibilities

Among other responsibilities, some duties you will carry out
are:

  • Giving
    direct and indirect care with the goal of enhancing patient health.
  • Organize
    clinical follow-ups and activities.
  • Performs
    physical examinations and/or preventive health measures to assess and
    evaluate patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
  • Maintains
    and updates patient charts, records, and information.
  • Provides
    medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge.
  • Provides
    clients with information concerning rights, options, benefits, services,
    goals and expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensure
    as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah.
  • You
    must successfully pass a criminal history check.
  • Has professional work experience in a direct patient care setting for mentally ill patients or clients.
  • Is enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to try things they haven't done before.
