Hospice of Cincinnati - Requires travel. This position involves driving to patient's location. Doing SIA visits for our Hospice patients. SIA refers to Service Intensity Add-on visits, which are additional visits provided during the last seven days of a patient's life. These visits are intended to provide more intensive and focused care during the final stages of life.
