Full-Time | $90,000-$110,000 per Year | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Lead Clinical Excellence in an Outpatient Surgery Setting
Illinois Pain & Spine Institute (IPSI) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations within our Ambulatory Surgery Center.

What You'll Do
As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily clinical operations while supporting staff performance, patient safety, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance..
Key responsibilities include
- Lead daily nursing and clinical operations within the surgery center
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to support patient and procedural needs
- Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop clinical and non-clinical team members
- Manage onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education
- Promote a positive, accountable, and patient-centered team culture
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
- Investigate incidents and complete root cause analyses when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other applicable standards
- Oversee Life Safety, Infection Prevention, and Radiation Safety programs
- Maintain required audits, reports, training records, and regulatory documentation
- Participate in leadership meetings and support additional operational responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading clinical staff
- Working knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and healthcare regulatory standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred
- Infection Preventionist certification
- Leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), surgical services, or procedural care environment
