Registered Nurse- day/night shifts, mixed
Nursing Home based in Darenth, Dartford (DA2)

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Nursing Home in Darenth, Dartford. We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, who are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised care that promotes dignity, choice and respect.

Care Home is located in the village of Darenth in Kent. The home is easily accessible to shops, amenities and public transport. Darenth is convenient for the M25 motorway and is just two miles from Dartford.
Beechcare provides permanent and short-term respite care for those with nursing needs 24 hours a day. The team work closely with a GP who visits the home weekly to make sure all medical needs are well managed
The home is situated in a rural setting with secluded grounds where residents can enjoy the countryside views and wildlife which visit the gardens. Inside, there are light and spacious areas for residents to relax and socialise in.
Available Shifts
- Full‑time Day Shifts – 12 hours (8am–8pm)
- Full‑time Night Shifts – 12 hours (8pm–8am)
Pay Rate
- between £21- £22.50 per hour

About You
- RGN or RMN with experience in a care home setting, supporting older adults
- A kind, caring and patient approach, with a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting, leading and mentoring junior staff
- Previous experience motivating and guiding a care team
- UK Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active UK NMC PIN
- Clear DBS and two satisfactory references
Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing and administering medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records
- Managing stock control and ordering prescribed medication and medical supplies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH and the Care Standards Act
- Providing high‑quality nursing and personal care
- Supporting residents with dignity, respect and person‑centred care
