Schedule:
Full-Time
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Compensation & Bonus:
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and licensure)
- $3,500 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview:
The RN/LPN is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with individualized patient needs, established nursing standards, and facility protocols.
- RNs function within the full scope of registered nursing practice
- LPNs provide care under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Medication administration
- Patient assessments and documentation
- Responding to medical needs within the facility
- Collaboration with medical and security staff
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado (or ability to obtain)
- Previous correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a secure correctional environment
