Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Unit Manager: Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Leadership: Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Patient Care: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and achieving desired outcomes.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and department policies and procedures.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License: Current RN license
• Minimum Years of Experience: of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare management or leadership role.
