Part-Time RN Nurse Supervisor – In-Home Care

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our growing in-home care team on a part-time basis.

For more than seven years, our local agency has helped older adults and other individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants to use their clinical experience in a flexible role outside of traditional bedside nursing.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments
  • Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans
  • Perform required supervisory visits in clients' homes
  • Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services
  • Monitor caregiver performance and adherence to the care plan
  • Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance
  • Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Identify and communicate changes in client condition or care needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
  • Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients when appropriate
  • Help resolve client or caregiver concerns
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards

What We're Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized
  • Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
  • Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
  • Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

You may be an experienced home-care nurse, an RN looking to step away from traditional bedside nursing, or an experienced nurse seeking meaningful part-time work with greater scheduling flexibility.

You understand that great home care requires more than completing an assessment. You build relationships, notice changes, communicate concerns, support caregivers, educate families, and help ensure every client receives safe, respectful, individualized care.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
