Are you an experienced RN looking for a flexible supervisory opportunity in a highly respected Skilled Nursing Facility? Our Lady of Mercy Life Center (OLOM) is seeking a Per Diem RN Supervisor to join our leadership team and provide clinical oversight across all shifts as needed.

What You'll Do

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight during your assigned shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and directing daily clinical operations.
• Supporting and mentoring nurses, nursing assistants, and support staff.
• Managing resident care concerns and responding to clinical situations.
• Collaborating with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and New York State regulations.
• Promoting a positive, resident-focused culture of care.

Schedule

Per Diem | Rotating Shifts

• Days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Flexible scheduling opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.

Pay Range: $44.00 per hour - $58.10 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
