You will be responsible for directing and supervising ancillary staff meet members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most safe and efficient manner.
In addition to his/her Registered Professional Nurse responsibilities, the Resource Nurse for Specialty Service(s) will be a clinical expert resource, responsible for orientation and education of staff members to all phases of the specialty area.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Current MA RN license
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Strong communication skills and exceptional patient relation and customer service skills are critical.
OCN within 2 years
ONS biotherapy required
Oncology experience required

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
