Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing

Location: 5150 Sugarloaf Pkwy Lawrenceville GA 30043

Job Type: Full-Time (42 Hours/Week)

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing services The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, performing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with care plans and medical orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor health status

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing required

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
