What Sets Us Apart

Sub-Acute Rehab Excellence

Work on a small Sub-Acute Rehab Unit—a smaller, focused care environment that prevents burnout and allows you to truly connect with your patients

Long-Term Care (LTC) Designed to Support Nurses

  • Stronger relationships with residents

  • A calmer, more supportive care environment for residents and nursing staff

These thoughtfully sized LTC units give RNs and LPNs the opportunity to deliver exceptional continuity of care with the support of a collaborative, engaged team.

Dedicated Memory Care Unit

  • A safe, structured environment tailored to residents living with dementia
  • Smaller unit design to ensure individualized attention and consistent staffing

  • A highly trained team skilled in dementia care best practices

This supportive setting enables nurses to provide compassionate, relationship-based care while avoiding the fatigue often associated with large, high-acuity memory care populations.'

  • Advancement: Strong orientation program, tuition assistance and career development

  • Smaller units: Work on a small sub-acute unit avoiding burnout and large patient loads.
