Position: Part-Time / On-Call
Pay: $50–$53/hour (DOE)

Peninsula Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to every resident. We are currently seeking a Part-Time / On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents' conditions and provide skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document changes in residents' health status.

• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders.

• Observe and interpret resident symptoms and communicate findings promptly to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Perform routine nursing procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
