This position operates within a multidisciplinary team to support clinical research from implementation of a protocol/trial, to patient support, through active data monitoring.
-Collaborates with local hematology/oncology physicians, nurses, pharmacy, office support staff as well as other research members across the BILH network t stay up to date with new and ongoing oncology research and operations
-Assists investigators to meet the needs defined by particular studies
-Works alongside providers to recruit and consent patients to various trials
-Provides both supportive and direct patient care to those who enroll to a trial including scheduling collaboration, symptom monitoring and maintenance, and follow up care/monitoring
-Acts as an active member on all multidisciplinary tumor boards and department committees
Research and oncology experience preferred.
MA RN license
BLS and ACLS
IV certification preferred
$37.00 - $84.71
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
