Schedule & Shift Options
• Full‑Time: 36 hours per week
• Part-Time: 24 hours per week
• Shifts Options:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12‑hour shifts
• Self-scheduling available
• Free on-campus parking
Sign‑On Bonus (No Contract Required)
• Up to $10,000 for Experienced Registered Nurses
• Up to $5,000 for New Graduate Registered Nurses (less than one year of experience)
Relocation Assistance
• Up to $3,000 available for eligible out‑of‑state candidates relocating to the St. Louis, MO area to join Mercy Hospital South

About the Unit
Neurology 8 East cares for patients with conditions such as strokes, seizures, brain tumors, and brain bleeds. Nurses gain valuable experience with complex neuro assessments, safety‑focused care, and close collaboration with neurology providers and therapy teams.
About the Role
The Neurology RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessments, care coordination, documentation, and delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care consistent with Mercy’s mission and values.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy clinical complexity, teamwork, and continuous skill development.
