A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is responsible for coordinating nursing services, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate healthcare providers
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
Assist with care planning, assessments, and patient progress evaluations
Support compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
Supervise and provide guidance to nursing support staff as appropriate
Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
