Utilize your clinical and training skills and compassionate spirit to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams, championing holistic wellness and fostering growth across all ages and stages of life.

Collaborative Crusader: Join forces with our dynamic team of nurses, educators, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other healthcare heroes to craft personalized treatment plans for our incredible kiddos with brain injuries and neurobehavioral disorders.

Assessment Adventures: Embark on thrilling assessment journeys, delving deep into clients' medical histories and developmental needs to guide our path towards superhero-level treatment planning.

Medication Training Mastery: Channel your inner medicine maestro by leading medication administration trainings for staff, including initial certification, competency assessments, and refresher sessions. Ensure all staff meet regulatory and organizational standards for safe medication administration.

Family Champion: Equip our superheroes' families with the knowledge and skills they need to become champions of care, empowering them to support their child's journey.

Quality & Compliance Champion:
Conduct medication administration observations, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies. Identify areas for improvement and provide corrective training as needed.

Health & Safety Advocate:
Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing proper medication handling, infection control practices, and adherence to clinical protocols. Serve as a resource during health-related concerns within the program.

Alliance Architect:
Partner closely with internal teams—including nursing leadership, program managers, and staff—to ensure coordinated, consistent care and communication across the program.

Documentation Expert:
Maintain accurate records of medication training, competency evaluations, and audit findings, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and organizational requirements.

Team Trainer:
Share your expertise through hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing staff support, helping build confidence and competence in medication administration practices.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
• Upholds confidentiality and professionalism while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for clients and colleagues alike.
• Compensation: $42-$46 hourly
