Sentara Obici Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical Unit on the day shift If you're looking for a fast-paced, team-centered environment where every day brings new challenges and meaningful impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse adult patient population

  • Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to coordinate comprehensive care

  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Educate patients and families to support safe and effective transitions of care

  • Contribute to performance improvement and a culture of safety and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management

  • Experience in medical-surgical or acute care preferred

  • New graduate RNs are also encouraged to apply
