Rotating Shift
Position Purpose Registered Nurse will work in the Medical/Surgical department at Grand Haven Hospital.
What you will work:
12 hour shift
As needed
What you will need:
Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
Current BLS
PALS (within 6 months of hire)
What you will do:
Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
Evaluate and document patient’s progress
