Registered Nurse (RN) Interventional Radiology

Job Type: Full-Time | 0.8 FTE or 64 hours/pp

Schedule: 8 x 8-hour Evening shifts

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants

Our Interventional Radiology team delivers high‑quality, minimally invasive care in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Nurses partner closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to advanced technology while building strong procedural and critical‑thinking skills.

How you'll contribute

An Interventional Radiology RN who excels in this role:

• Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
• Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).
• Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
• Assesses learning needs; provides age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Michigan RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s preferred).

Additional requirements include

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (within 1 year)
