• Every Saturday and Sunday
• 3 12 hour shifts shifts weekly
• 7am-7pm

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

Intermediate Care is a 24 bed stepdown unit that has a patient population with various degrees of pulmonary, neurological, renal, geriatric, and infectious disease processes. Patients receive an increased level of care that requires bedside monitoring.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience
  (RNs with less than 1 year of RN experience - Please refer to postings that are titled New Graduate RN.)
  

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, located in Winston-Salem, NC, is a key part of our nationally recognized academic health system. Our 885-bed tertiary care hospital houses the region’s only children’s hospital, burn center, and Level I adult and pediatric trauma centers.
