Lake Region Healthcare is seeking caring, motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical/Surgical department. You’ll have the ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where teamwork is a key focus. You will provide a healing touch for all ages, and feel rewarded by the care you provide each day.

The qualified candidate will use effective interpersonal and communication skills to maintain contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment.

Shifts

32 hours biweekly, 12-hour Day/Night shifts, every third weekend.

Compensation:

Hourly

Wage Range: $38.81 - $59.18. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.

  1. Education/Special Skills: To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. TNCC Certification preferred or in-patient nursing trauma education course to be completed within 6 months from end of orientation.
  2. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
  3. Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
