At Phoenix Hospice, our Admissions RNs are the first calm presence when hospice care begins. You’ll guide patients and families from curative care into comfort-focused care with compassion, clinical excellence, and dignity. This role blends strong clinical judgment with deep human connection—addressing not only physical needs, but also emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial support.
You’ll collaborate closely with intake coordinators, hospice consultants, medical directors, facility staff, and physicians to ensure every admission is smooth, thoughtful, and centered on what matters most.

Our Story
The story of the legend of the phoenix bird is a story of ever-changing growth and rebirth. The beautiful mythical creature reflected the lights and colors of the morning sunrise – – always chasing the light and capturing all that was beautiful.
