As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting resident well-being, and working alongside an interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality resident care.
Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and respect.
Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs.
Qualifications
Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
