Registered Nurse

Qualifications: Must possess a current State of Michigan RN license.

Freedom Village is recruiting for a licensed and hospitality focused RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Please attach a resume or provide previous employment, certifications, skills, or experience that would help you to be successful in this position.

Part-time sign-on bonus $10,000 and the full-time bonus is set at $20,000!

Full- time and Part-time available

Additional annual Retention Bonus of $2500 - $5000

Salary: $29.00 - $39.50 per hour (shift differentials are included)

Schedule:

1st shift shift: 6am - 2pm

2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm

3rd Shift: 10pm - 6am

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
  • Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
  • Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
  • Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
