Registered Nurse (RN) – Field Based Per Diem / Part-Time | Union County, NJ | $70–$100 Per Visit

$100 per Initial Assessment | $70 per Follow-Up Visit | Flexible Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments and follow-up visits throughout Union County, New Jersey.

This is a flexible field-based position focused on approximately one-hour clinical visits. There are no facility shifts, overnight shifts, or extended nursing cases.

The position is ideal for an experienced RN looking for flexible part-time or per diem work that can be scheduled around another nursing position, family responsibilities, or other commitments.

Compensation

• $100 flat rate for each initial assessment, typically approximately one hour
• $70 flat rate for each follow-up visit, typically approximately one hour
• Compensation includes travel between client visits

We strive to coordinate visits geographically and keep assignments within a reasonable driving radius whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Complete new client in-home assessments
• Conduct follow-up and supervisory visits
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregivers
• Assess client needs and identify changes in condition
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable state regulations

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout Union County
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Home care, community nursing, or field-based nursing experience preferred
