The Village at Rockville is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Delegating Nurse to join our Assisted Living team on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, supporting care teams, and helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As an RN Delegating Nurse, you will provide clinical oversight and nursing expertise while partnering closely with caregivers and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care.

Schedule & Compensation

PRN | Flexible Scheduling

Pay Range: $44.00 – $54.00 per hour (Final offer based on experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing oversight and support for residents within Assisted Living
• Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized plans of care
• Delegate appropriate nursing functions to qualified team members in accordance with applicable requirements
• Provide education, guidance, and clinical support to caregivers and medication technicians
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up
• Review medication administration practices and support safe medication management
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacy partners, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help ensure nursing documentation and care practices meet organizational and regulatory standards
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource while promoting a resident-centered approach to care

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Qualifications appropriate to perform Delegating Nurse responsibilities in an Assisted Living setting
• Previous Assisted Living, senior living, long-term care, or related nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide effective education, delegation, and oversight to care team members
• A compassionate, professional approach and a genuine commitment to serving older adults
• Ability to read and speak English
