Highlights:
Christiana Care Health System, a Magnet®-designated health care organization, is seeking hospital-based nurses to join our Float Pool Team in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware. Critical Care Float Pool positions currently being offered are 72 hours per pay/Full Time Flex. Possible shifts could be 8s, 10s or 12 hour shifts on Day, Evening and Midnight schedules. Float to the following areas: Cardiovascular Critical Care Complex, Neuro ICU, Surgical Critical Care Complex, Medical ICU and Wilmington ICU, with occasional coverage of step down or progressive units.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
