Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.

We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.

Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and service-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support a fast-paced, multispecialty, multimodality preventive medicine practice. This role serves as a key clinical partner to the Manager on Duty (MOD), helping ensure an exceptional member experience while supporting the day-to-day clinical and operational needs of the Institute.

The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality-driven healthcare environment and enjoys balancing direct patient care, clinical coordination, operational support, and member service. This individual will work closely with physicians, Advanced Care Practitioners (ACPs), Care Coordinators, and clinical leadership to deliver seamless, white-glove care to our members.

Clinical Operations

  • Partner with the MOD to ensure smooth daily clinical operations across the Institute.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for staff, patients, and operational concerns.
  • Support patient flow and assist with clinic throughput to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Perform clinical assessments, vital signs, phlebotomy, IV therapy, point-of-care testing, specimen collection, and other nursing responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist with urgent clinical needs and same-day patient requests.
  • Support specialty clinics and multidisciplinary care teams across Internal Medicine and Specialty services.
  • Ensure exam rooms, treatment areas, and clinical equipment are maintained and ready for patient care.
  • Assist with operational oversight of clinical workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency across teams.

Member Experience & Hospitality

  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience for members and guests.
  • Partner with the MOD to proactively address member concerns and service recovery opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating complex visits and ensuring a seamless patient journey throughout the Institute.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional communication and continuity of care.
  • Anticipate member needs and help create a welcoming, personalized experience.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to clinical policies, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support infection prevention, medication management, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Assist with quality assurance audits and operational readiness activities.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness activities, including code cart checks and clinical equipment oversight.
  • Monitor and support compliance with clinical standards and operational best practices.

Team Support & Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, ACPs, Care Coordinators, and operational leaders.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of service excellence.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and support for team members throughout the day.
  • Provide support and guidance during periods of high patient volume or operational demand.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall member experience.

Qualifications

Required
