Charlevoix, MI | 8 Hours/Week|Starting at $38/hour

WhatYou’llDo

  • Provide onsite nursing care, including preventive, chronic, and episodic support to employees, spouses, anddependents
  • Assistwith care coordination and follow-up care planning
  • Collaborate withHealthBarprovidersand clinical teamon patient care needs
  • Conduct screenings, vitals,lab draws,and basic clinical assessments
  • Support chronic disease management and prevention-focused initiatives
  • Coordinate care with external provider networks as needed
  • Maintain required licensure and certifications

Schedule & Compensation

  • One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Thursday
  • Starting at $38/hour, based on experience

The (Required) Qualifications

To practice safely and compliantly, we do need:

  • Associate orBachelor’s degree in Nursingfrom an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
  • 2+ years of nursing experience preferred (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, occupational health, public health, school nursing, or outpatient experience welcomed)
  • BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within90 daysof hire
  • Strong communicationand patient education skills
  • Mustbe authorized towork in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
