Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager who wants a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with meaningful community impact.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on patient advocacy, care planning, and coordinating complex medical needs.

You’ll practice in Clewiston, FL, near the Big Cypress National Preserve, offering a unique natural environment and outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 - $95,000
