Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient

San Jose, California

You’ll step into an outpatient nursing role focused on patient triage, clinical assessments, preventive care, and patient education. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team while supporting patients of all ages, coordinating care, and helping improve health outcomes in a mission-driven environment.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold an active California Registered Nurse license
• You have at least 2 years of outpatient nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
• You hold current CPR certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred
• You’re comfortable performing clinical assessments, administering vaccines, and providing outpatient nursing procedures
• You have strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills
• You’re comfortable using electronic health records and Microsoft Office
• You value culturally sensitive, patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $55.21–$64.50 per hour
