  • Reinforce lifestyle and risk-reduction strategies in partnership with Coaches and Registered Dietitians
  • Deliver participant-centered education that empowers individuals to take ownership of their health
Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration
  • Work as part of an integrated care team with Health Coaches, Registered Dietitians, and Ramp Health clinical leadership
  • Contribute to coordinated care plans and shared goals across disciplines
  • Document encounters and insights in Ramp Health’s secure digital health platform
Data-Driven Population Health Support
  • Support Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and ongoing risk monitoring
  • Contribute to aggregate insights that inform population health strategies and preventive programming
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data security standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 3+ years of nursing experience (occupational health, primary care, community health preferred)
  • Experience with biometric screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care
  • Comfort working independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team in an onsite workplace clinic environment
  • Proficiency with digital documentation and health platforms
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience
  • Occupational or workplace health experience
  • Chronic condition management or population health experience
  • Familiarity with wellness programs, coaching models, or employer-sponsored health initiatives
Why This Role Is Different
  • Proactive, preventive focus
  • Deep, relationship-based engagement with a consistent employee population
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Supported by Ramp Health’s training, clinical oversight, and digital infrastructure
  • Opportunity to directly reduce health risks, improve outcomes, and influence workforce culture
