Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Westchester County, NY
$55/hour or $125 per visit

Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking experienced Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality, individualized care to private-pay clients throughout Westchester County.

This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with acute care experience who are looking for flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and the ability to provide focused, patient-centered care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes
• Perform patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a low patient-ratio environment

Schedule Options

• 12-hour day and overnight shifts
• Per diem with flexible scheduling
• Cases available throughout Westchester County

Compensation

• $55.00/hour (shift-based cases)
• $125.00 per visit
• Weekly direct deposit

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Emergency Department preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Authorization to work in the United States

Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunizations within 10 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home care experience
• Valid driver’s license
