What You Will Do
• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Use medical equipment as needed
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Active RN license in New York
• BLS certification
• Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
• MMR immunization.
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to travel within Westchester

Schedule and Location
• Westchester County (in-home care)
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
• Part-time and per diem | 16–40 hours per week
